Return Policy

Sleepy Circuits will refund products purchased on our website (sleepycircuits.com) if they are returned within 14 days, counting from the day of delivery.

For a full refund, the product is required to be unopened and in perfect condition. Opened or used products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in excellent condition.* All products must be returned in their original packaging and packed with care.** If failure to comply we are entitled to impose a fee or refuse to accept the return.

A copy of the original invoice, receipt or sleepy assigned order number must be supplied with the item. Any refund will be transferred back to the original source of payment once we have received and inspected the returned items. The customer covers all shipping charges unless the item is dead on arrival, in-which case Sleepy Circuits will cover the shipping charges.

You cannot return an item purchased on our website without contacting Sleepy Circuits first. If you bought your products from a reseller, please contact the reseller directly.

* Broken or malfunctioning products covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced and are not subject to the restocking fee unless the customer declines repair/replacement.

** More about return shipping – Please place the original product box inside the original poly-mailer, which is provided with an extra adhesive strip specifically for the purpose of returns. If the original poly-mailer is not available, please seal the original box securely with tape to prevent exposure to the elements. DO NOT pack the product in a larger box – this will likely result in mistreatment by the courier. While Sleepy Circuits handles all shipping disputes for packages sent to customers, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle shipping disputes for shipments sent to Sleepy Circuits. If a return label is provided by Sleepy Circuits, it will not be insured.

Warranty Policy

Sleepy Circuits products come with a 1 (one) year limited warranty for the original owner at no extra charge, starting from the date of the purchase. Being able to prove the date of the original purchase with an invoice or a receipt is mandatory if you require warranty service. Rechargeable batteries (if applicable) come with a 6 (six) month warranty from the date of original purchase.

If the product should need to be repaired or replaced during the warranty period, no charges will be applied for parts or labor. This warranty does not cover (a) damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit or impact from hard objects; (b) physically damaged connectors; (c) damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or failure to follow instructions according to the owner's manual for this product; (d) any shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier); (e) repair or attempted repair by anyone other than or approved by Sleepy Circuits; (f) any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; (g) normal wear; (h) damage due to inappropriate storage; (i) deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity; (j) damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities (including phantom power, wrong voltage, etc); (k) damage due to connecting other than certified usb charger/equipment to the usb port; (l) damage due to liquid contamination and / or battery leakage; (m) rfi/emi (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment, if applicable; (n) damage resulting from any use other than that it was intended for; (o) product purchased as ex-demo, refurbished stock or second hand. (p) any aesthetic alterations due to normal usage or aging.

In order to claim a warranty, contact Sleepy Circuits support. You cannot send an item for repair without contacting Sleepy Circuits first. Please provide us with your original order number, a detailed description of the issue and video or pictures showcasing the issue. We will email you further instructions on how to proceed.

All products must be sent in original packaging and packed with care. if not, we are entitled to impose a fee or refuse to accept the repair.

In the case of non warranty service, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from Sleepy Circuits).

In the case of valid warranty service, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to Sleepy Circuits and Sleepy Circuits will cover the shipping cost back to the customer.

We do not recommend servicing the units yourself; doing so will void the warranty.
